How Bloom users access Admin and restaurant workflows.
Bloom access is assigned by restaurant and user role. Admin users sign in through Bloom Admin, while operational teams may use POS or BOH surfaces depending on their workflow.
Sign In To Admin
- Go to admin.bloomplatform.app.
- Use the email address connected to your Bloom account.
- Select the restaurant or workspace you need to manage.
Related Surfaces
- POS is used for service and register workflows.
- BOH is used for operational workflows such as counts, receiving, prep, and clock activity.
- Admin is used for setup, reporting, configuration, and management.
